A health emergency can strike anyone of us at any time.  It may be the result of an accident or it could be a heart attack or a stroke or someone choking.  Sadly there are many ways in which we can find ourselves or those we care for to be at risk. Depending upon where you live and how long it may take for the emergency services to arrive those few minutes in which first aid is applied can make all the difference to the outcome.

Now, through First Aid Spain, you can gain the basic skills you may well need one day to prevent a potential tragedy.  You do not wish to be thinking to yourself, after the event, ‘If only I had known what to do..’

First Aid Spain is a specialist First Aid training service based in Andalucia and offering one day Emergency First Aid courses for English speaking residents. These courses follow professional best practice guidelines and are certificated in accordance with UK Health and Safety Executive requirements.

First Aid Training is directed by Lynda Pudney RGN who has been delivering these courses in the UK since 1992 and who, today, divides her time between her busy practice in Brighton and London and her Spanish base in Montecorto, Andalucia.

In Spain, the one day Emergency First Aid courses are delivered at convenient and high standard hotel venues.
